Check-in at the hotel is after 15:00 o’clock and check-out is 12:00 o’clock at the latest. In case you arrive after 18:00 o’clock please inform our team. In case you would like a late check-out you need to ask for confirmation from reception.

Pets up to 40 kilograms are allowed to provide all the required documents of registration and immunization according to the hotel’s policy.

You can get an extra cradle and linen for it at request.

The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children. Here you will find the only bio pools in Bansko with a water temperature of 38 degrees. They are maintained without the use of toxic chlorine. Also available to our guests is the special salt pool with salts from the Dead Sea.

The reservation deposit becomes non-refundable in case of change or cancellation within a period shorter than the number of days specified in the specific offer for cancellation without penalty. The other case where the deposit is non-refundable is if you have chosen to book with a non-refundable deposit.

We accept debit and credit card payments through a virtual POS terminal, bank transfers and cash payments at the hotel reception.

We have two children’s rooms in the hotel for the youngest and older children.

The hotel has a spacious children’s room (30 square meters) for the youngest children from 1 to 6.99 years. The room is available to children daily, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

In winter, the hotel operates a second room, for older children 5+ years, with professional supervision by animators from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There are free games for the children in the room – air hockey, table football, basketball, interactive board and playstations.

Hotel guests have the opportunity to book online the necessary ski or snowboard equipment, as well as reserve a ski instructor. At the ski school all hotel guests can participate.
